Custom cufflinks  (50+ Pairs)
This is where complete custom production begins at wholesale prices.  We handle your project from concept to delivery with multiple approval layers along the way to keep you in the loop at all stages.  We start with a three dimensional, computerized rendering of your cufflinks followed by an actual prototype you can touch and feel.  Turnaround time is approximately six weeks after your sample has been approved.  Email your artwork or concept to sales@cuffart.com or call 847-973-2337

(There is a 50 pair minimum for sterling silver cufflinks, and 200 pair minimum for cufflinks made of non-precious metals including plated brass, steel, wood, acrylic etc.)

Case Study 1
Customer wanted a very specific airfoil shaped cufflink that resembled the edge of a wing.  We modeled the cufflink digitally and created a unique left and right cufflink so that the "wing" would always be pointing forward when worn in the shirt.

Case Study 2
Customer had a logo, but not much else.  Utilizing only the logo we digitized it into a three dimensional rendering, raised the silver portion slightly to give the cufflinks an added dimension, then we filled it with enamel using the exact CMYK color the customer required.

Case Study 3
These cufflinks presented a unique challenge.  How to take raw material (meteorites and coins in this case) and make a custom setting for each pair.  We did just that.
Look closely and you'll notice that the backing follows the contour of the meteorite, and each cufflink has a custom pronged setting to keep the meteorite in place.
